Wellness for people who move fast
Arovia Herbs started with a simple observation: the people who seem unshakeable aren't doing less — they're better regulated. We build small-batch botanical formulas that support your body so you can stay composed, focused, and fully yourself no matter how loud it gets.

Bush medicine, without the mystery.
In Grenada, the answer to feeling off has never been a shelf of supplements. It is a pot on the stove and nine herbs somebody's grandmother swore by. That tea is real, it works for the people who drink it, and nobody there needs convincing.
What it has never had is a straight answer to the obvious question: what is in it, how much, and what is it supposed to do for me? That gap is where most herbal brands live. They fill it with the word natural and hope you stop asking.
We would rather tell you. Every formula here does one job. Every ingredient is named, with its dose where the label gives one, and a line explaining why it is in there. Where the evidence is strong we say so; where a herb is traditional rather than studied, we say that too.
Four formulas, no range extensions for the sake of it. Balance is the after-meal tea, grown and blended on the island. Ease and Nourish are the intensives, for appetite in either direction. Bloom is for women whose cycle runs their month. If none of those is your problem, none of these is your product — and we would rather say that than sell you a fifth thing.
Composure, engineered
Every formula is built around one goal: keeping you steady and clear when everything around you is loud.
One job each
Balance for a settled stomach after meals, Ease for weight management, Nourish for healthy weight gain, Bloom for monthly comfort. Every ingredient named, with the reason it's there.
Progress you feel
This is a glow-up from the inside out. Real botanicals that compound over days and weeks, not a quick hit.
